AlphaThinker Terms of Service

Welcome to AlphaThinker (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this platform"). Before registering, accessing, or using AlphaThinker, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Once you click "Agree" or actually use any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Scope

AlphaThinker is a SaaS-based content processing and information subscription platform. Main services include but are not limited to:

• Non-erasable watermarking for PDF files;
• Financial news and sentiment content aggregation, organization, and subscription delivery;
• User account registration, login, and access control;
• Subscription plans and value-added services;
• Other features and services that we may introduce from time to time.

We reserve the right to adjust, optimize, or upgrade the service content according to operational needs, and will make announcements or reminders when necessary.

2. Account Registration and Use

1. To use certain features of this platform, you need to register an AlphaThinker account.
2. Registration information should be true, accurate, and complete, including but not limited to your name, email, contact information, etc.
3. You should properly keep your account password. All operations initiated through your account will be considered as your own actions.
4. If you discover that your account is being used illegally by others, you should immediately notify us; otherwise, you shall bear the resulting liability.

1. AlphaThinker provides some free services as well as multiple levels of paid subscription plans, which you can choose according to your needs.
2. Paid services are completed through third-party payment platforms (such as Stripe, Paddle), and your payment information will be processed according to the payment platform's privacy policy.
3. All paid items take effect immediately after successful purchase and, unless otherwise specified, are non-refundable.
4. If your account is suspended or deactivated due to violation of the Terms of Service, paid fees will not be refunded.
5. We reserve the right to adjust package prices and content according to business needs, and will clearly state the before-and-after comparison in page announcements.

5. Intellectual Property Statement

1. All content related to services on this platform, including but not limited to page design, interface elements, text, images, icons, code, database structure, backend logic, etc., is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other laws, and belongs to AlphaThinker or its licensors.
2. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the platform content in any way.
3. The copyright of PDF files and watermark content you upload belongs to you. The platform will not disseminate, use, or disclose your file content without permission (see Privacy Policy for details).
4. The copyright of watermarked PDF files generated through this platform belongs to the original content owner, and the platform only provides processing services.

6. Service Interruption and Disclaimer

1. You understand and agree that the platform may experience service interruptions, delays, or data loss due to server maintenance, network conditions, system upgrades, or force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to restore service but will not be liable for compensation in such circumstances.
2. This platform does not have the obligation to review user-uploaded content and is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or derivative losses caused by user behavior. Issues arising from third-party services (such as payment, CDN, storage) should be resolved according to the terms of the respective service providers. AlphaThinker assumes no joint liability.

7. Privacy Protection

We take user privacy very seriously. The information you provide will be collected, used, processed, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read and understand our Privacy Policy in detail before using the service.

8. Service Termination and Account Deletion

1. Users can delete their accounts at any time or contact customer service to request the deletion process. After deletion, we will remove your personal information and stored files, except as required by law.
2. If a user engages in violations of the Terms of Service, we have the right to suspend or permanently close the account without obligation to refund related subscription fees.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
2. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Terms Modification and Notice

We may revise these terms according to legal and regulatory updates or business needs. Revised content will be updated on this page, and significant changes will be notified to you via email or in-app message. If you continue to use AlphaThinker after the terms are updated, you are deemed to accept the updated terms.
